Shipping Policy
Most in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you. Expedited delivery options (next-day or second-day) are available for an additional fee. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes—be sure to provide a street address for timely delivery.
Return Policy
Returns outside the scope of the Manufacturer’s Warranty or those required due to an error by Domtar POS may arise for various reasons, including but not limited to:
• Ordering an incorrect quantity
• Placing duplicate orders
• Selecting the wrong product
To request a return, email customer care at credit.returns.pos@domtar.com within three (3) business days of product delivery. Use RETURN REQUEST as the subject line and include:
1. Proof of purchase
2. A detailed reason for the return
3. Supporting documentation (i.e. photos, etc.).
If a return is due to an error by Domtar POS, you will receive full credit, and Domtar POS will arrange the return with a selected carrier. However, returns due to customer error will incur a 20% restocking fee, along with any applicable shipping fees, which will be deducted from the return credit memo.
Once you receive a return authorization number, send the RMA documents and product to the original shipping address or the address specified by Customer Care, with "RETURNS" clearly indicated. Domtar POS will process returns within ten (10) business days, at its sole discretion, and may issue a credit memo for the purchase price, cover return shipping costs, or send replacement products if applicable.
Unless modified by a mutually agreed-upon written master service agreement or scope of work, the remedies outlined in this section are the only options available for returned products. Domtar POS does not accept unilateral delays in payment or invoice reductions due to product returns.
